This hotel is conveniently located near the MRT station and surrounded by several dining options. The rooms are clean and customized, with three slippers available and complimentary water bottles, tea bags, and fresh fruit. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, assisting with heavy bags and providing quick check-in. The hotel also offers facilities like a business center, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi in each room.

The shower curtains in the bathroom could be improved.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There are always free coffee and tea while you wait at the lobby.

Royal Palace is located in a beautiful side of Taipei, across street from SOGO Dept. store. shopping and eating is great, 5 minutes walk from metro-station, very convenient for us to go any part of town to meet family and friends. Hotel looks newly remodel and decorated -- very clean, triple room is roomy and very pleasant, hotel staff (includes cleaning ladies)was helpful & professional. My family were very happy and we think the hotel is a great choice and a addition to our pleasure in this trip. Yes, we will stay at Royal Palace again and recommend to our friends. Great location, close to subway lines 1 and 5. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Spacious, comfortable rooms with a lovely outdoor garden. Strong wifi. Helpful and professional staff. Very secure with key cards and room safes.

Deluxe double room size it quite big and have a king size bed, free fruits basket and free drink everyday. The hotel also provide free coffee and tea at the lobby area. Nearby hotel have many eating place etc Japanese Shabu Shabu, Hong Kong Cafe, Hello Kitty Sweets cafe is just nearby the hotel. Taxi to 101 building cost around NT100, it take around 15mins. Opposite hotel have a foot and massage shop cost around NT500 for 30 mins foot massage or NT 1000 for 70mins and it open 24 hours. All staffs at the hotel were very friendly and their follow-up after my booking at Booked.net with immediate acknowledgement through email is very good.

The location is superb as it is at the heart of Taipei City. There are a lot of restaurant and street food around the hotel area so it save your worries about filling your stomach. The hotel is 5 minutes walk away from the Zhong Xiao Fuxing Station and near to wide range of shopping area including 2 Sogo.

The staff were really friendly and created quiet atmosphere. The location was good and excellent - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Stopped by Moomin Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's minutes from the venue, recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this place in the Da An district. The location was perfect, right in the heart of one of Taipei's bustling shopping areas. From the moment I arrived at Songshan airport, it was incredibly easy to get to the hotel. Just a short subway ride away, with the subway station conveniently located near the hotel. The staff here were friendly and provided excellent service. They took care of all my needs, including dry cleaning and laundry services. The room itself was clean and modern, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the ironing facilities and the tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was comfortable, and the sitting area provided a nice space to relax. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Taipei.

Very convenience location. 2 mins walk to metro station and sogo! A lot of restaurants near by. New decoration with ipod stand and wifi in room. I will stay there again if I go to Taiwan again.

Great location, close to a mecca of restaurants and shopping and transport

I could still smell cigarette smoke even though I was in a non smoking room. It was coming through the airconditioning. Requested a air purifier, but the device is so old and unclean that it made things worse.

Excellent location, just a few minutes away from the MRT station. The room was clean and cozy, with free Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The Japanese restaurant next to the hotel served delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

It was in an excellant and unbeatable location steps away from Px Mart. We found it in a very convenient area not far from the Royal Palace for 6 days as well as MRT, 3 SOGO dept store and many2 dining places...
